A photo of a whole lot of famous rockers in one place gets the guys researching a record label that redefined the way music was listened to and sold in 1970’s America.

Hey guys, since I already suggested the Harry Nilsson story a while back, I won’t be greedy and request a second topic. But I do want to suggest you both read a brand new book out about drummer Jim Gordon called Drums and Demons. There’s a ton of stories in there from the Wrecking Crew to him and Clapton screwing Rita Coolidge out of credit for the Layla piano coda… and of course Jim Gordon finally murdering his own mother. As soon as I read it, I immediately thought of you two – in good way of course.
PS: the other night I was listening to your show while indulging in the rock and roll lifestyle and it occurred to me I might have your voices mixed up with who is who on your podcast photo. After almost two hundred episodes, it might be too late for me to want to know.
KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!
